Active Ageing for Lifelong Wellbeing
 We have a range of activities available for less active and senior adults. There are a whole host of benefits to keeping in active throughout your life and we offer a great choice of fun and motivating classes and groups to keep you coming back for more.
As well as gentle classes and sports its a great opportunity to meet new people, so why not join in on the coffee morning too?!
Our Active Ageing Programme includes:
Any classes on our Class Timetable that has a pink asterisk beside the class title.
Adult Activity Morning
Try your hand at badminton, squash, tennis or table tennis. Takes place in the main hall.
Monday 10.00am - 12.00noon
Badminton Friday 10.00am - 11.00am
Short Mat Bowls
Come along for a social game of bowls, have some fun and meet new people. No coaching involved just turn up and play.
Tuesday 2.00pm - 4.00pm
FREE Monthly MOT
In the gym on the 1st Monday in every month. An opportunity to have the following health checks:
• Blood Pressure
• Weight
• Flexibility
• Lung Function |
