Body Attack
An intense cardiovascular workout for cross training

A holistic workout incorporating Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates principles to stretch & strengthen & bring your mind, body & soul into balance

Body Pump
A strength & endurance training class with the use of Barbells & Weights

Circuits
No fancy footwork, just a combination of cardio favourites knitted together with the best bits of resistance exercise

Aerobatone
An enjoyable class with simple breakdown routines followed by ½ hour of toning

Legs Bums & Tums
Resistance training for lower body using linked low impact moves

Ab Attack
A 30 minute blast to flatten your stomach

Pilates
This technique is a wonderful way to develop your deep postural muscle strength whilst
lengthening and toning the whole body

Spinning
An indoor cycling class with endurance, speed, interval & strength rides

All Step
A cardiovascular workout with choreographed routines stepping on & off a platform

Total Body Conditioning
A muscle toning & strengthening workout with use of weights, bodybars, exotubes & your own body weight

20/20/20
A combination workout consisting of Aerobics, Step and BodyTone

Fitball
An all over body workout using Swiss balls and your own body resistance

Body Jam
This class uses a variety of dance styles to improve your body’s ability to burn fat and improve cardio vascular fitness

Box-it-fit (NEW)
A conditioning class using boxing techniques and pads for the maximum effect
