Group fitness classes bring creativity, challenge and motivation to your workouts. Whatever your preference and goal, our studio classes have something to suit everyone at every level.

We offer an extensive range of over 60 classes per week, including:
- Stretching and relaxation for the mind and body, with Pilates, Yoga and Body Balance
- Motivating Body Training Systems (BTS) classes, such as Body Jam, Body Pump and Body Combat
- Upbeat and energetic spinning classes
- Toning and sculpting sessions such as Ab attack and Legs, Bums n Tums
