Physiotherapy

Many types of treatment are on offer, including electrical therapy, ultra-sound, cervical and lumbar traction, massage therapy, mobilisation and manipulation, postural advice (Alexander Technique), dry needling techniques, intramuscular stimulation (IMS) and rehabilitation programmes after surgery, including core stability techniques using the Swiss Ball.

Treatment is available to all Sportcentre members AND non members.
