Harlow Sportcentre is entering one of the most exciting periods of its long distinguished history. The Sportcentre, which has provided sport and leisure for the people of Harlow and its Districts since 1959, is to be replaced in 2008 by a brand new, purpose built sport and leisure complex. Plans are at an advanced stage and work on the new complex will begin shortly.

Current Vacancies
Gym Instructor/Studio Co-ordinator x full time
We required a fully qualified Gym Instructor/Studio Co-ordinator to work full time 40 hours per week
Gym Instructors as and when required staff
We require a number of Gym Instructors to work on an as and when required basis covering for absence of staff. Applicants must possess a relevant Gym Instructor qualification and be available at short notice for cover work which may include various shifts ranging from 6.00 a.m. when we open to the late shift finishing at 11.00 p.m. covering the 7 days of the week.
Weekend Cleaner
An experienced cleaner required for Saturday and Sunday each week from 7.00 to 10.00 Saturday and 8.00 to 11.00 Sunday
Operations Assistants - Casual
A number of Operations Assistants are required to work on an as and when required basis, these positions will require some
heavy lifting of equipment therefore the applicant must be physically fit. Full training will be given.
Customer Services Assistants
Customer Service Assistants required to work on an as and when required basis covering on occasion with short notice for
staff who are absent from work. Full training given. Applicants must be polite and professional at all times
and customer focused.
