If you are new to Spinning please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the
class start time and report to the class instructor

Please arrive promptly to the classes. If you are over 10 minutes late
you may be refused entry. The decision whether to allow you to
join the class will be at the instructor’s discretion.
